With the Ahart Index, you can conduct unlimited staff, parent, and student surveys throughout the school year, selecting from our comprehensive 30-item indices or customizing surveys to address specific areas like teacher attrition, family retention, and student motivation, all supported by comparison data from over 10,000 respondents per survey. Each survey is designed to target critical areas of need, ensuring actionable insights for improving school outcomes.
Collective Efficacy Survey
Ahart offers a Collective Efficacy Survey that evaluates staff perceptions of empowerment, reflective practices, cohesive knowledge, goal consensus, and autonomy-supportive leadership. Research by John Hattie (2016) shows that collective efficacy is the strongest influence on student achievement. Compare your results to the Ahart Average for valuable context on your staff's scores.
Virtuous Motivation Survey

Focus Groups
Ahart offers three innovative approaches to focus groups: virtual Zoom sessions, asynchronous audio interviews, and asynchronous video interviews. Our virtual focus groups feature customized protocols, advanced-degree facilitators, and thorough analysis, while our asynchronous methods allow respondents to participate at their convenience, capturing in-depth responses and emotional nuances through audio and video, with automated transcripts and curated reporting for comprehensive insights.
