Rocketship Public Schools is a national network of high-performing public charter schools operating across multiple regions in the United States. Ahart conducted a large-scale organizational assessment combining stakeholder research, comparative analytics, and qualitative Voice analysis across more than 400 staff members. The work examined how “The Rocketship Way” was experienced across campuses and leadership structures, identifying areas of organizational coherence, variation, and alignment between institutional values and lived experience.

Grand Canyon University operates one of the largest colleges of education in the United States, supporting a national network of students and partner schools. Ahart partnered with the Canyon Center for Character Education to develop the Virtuous Motivation framework, extending Self-Determination Theory into intellectual, moral, civic, and performance domains. This work helped establish the motivational foundation of the broader Ahart organizational intelligence system.
