Articulate your system
Potential clients are more likely to engage your services if they know your content and approach. A book allows you the space to formalize your system and communicate the theory behind it.
Generate name recognition
To gain name recognition and brand awareness, a published book represents the gold standard. You can leverage your status as a published author in marketing materials and social media posts.
Position yourself as an expert
A book allows you to demonstrate your expertise in your chosen area of consulting. By articulating the why behind your consulting model, you demonstrate depth of knowledge and credibility.
Tell your story
Build clients’ trust by connecting your experiences with your services. Because consulting is relationship-driven, a publication allows you to reveal your character and vision to prospective clients.
According to Allan Weiss, PhD, author of The Consulting Bible, "having a commercially published book is the gold standard. . . . You do not need a best seller; you need a book that will cause buyers to say, 'We need to talk to this person.'"
