 Driver Analysis (Tier 2) builds directly on the Index data, uncovering the “why” behind your scores through fully automated, open-ended feedback. After each survey, staff and parents are prompted to explain their ratings using AI-moderated interviews tied to Net Promoter Score (NPS) or domain-specific questions. Responses are instantly summarized and categorized by key drivers of attrition and engagement, using a proprietary taxonomy aligned to leadership action. Insights are delivered directly in the Ahart Portal—no scheduling, analysis, or manual follow-up required.

What It Does

Driver Analysis (Tier 2) builds directly on your Index data to explain the “why” behind your scores. After each Index survey, staff and parents are prompted with six open-ended questions, each tied to the survey’s core domains, plus an additional question aligned to Net Promoter Score (NPS). Responses are processed through an AI-moderated engine that instantly summarizes feedback and maps it to a proprietary taxonomy of attrition drivers. The result: a clear, structured understanding of what’s causing risk or growth in your system—delivered automatically in the Ahart Portal, with no manual analysis, scheduling, or added burden.

How It Works

After completing the Staff and Parent Indexes, respondents are prompted to answer six open-ended questions, each aligned to the six research-based domains measured in the survey. They also respond to a seventh prompt tied to Net Promoter Score (NPS), focused on overall loyalty and likelihood to stay. All responses are processed through an AI-moderated engine, then instantly summarized and categorized using a proprietary driver taxonomy. Results are visualized in the Ahart Portal, showing key drivers of attrition and engagement—no analysis or follow-up required.
