Ahart partnered with the Catholic Diocese of Austin to conduct system-wide 360 stakeholder research across more than 30 schools. The work focused on the distinctive mission, culture, and organizational conditions shaping Catholic education, incorporating feedback from families, staff, students, and leaders. Findings culminated in a board presentation supporting long-term strategic planning and strengthening alignment between diocesan leadership, school communities, and educational mission.

Clayton Youth Enrichment provides afterschool and enrichment programs across multiple school communities. Ahart conducted a targeted organizational attrition audit combining historical data analysis, AI-moderated exit interviews, and stakeholder Voice inquiry to better understand declining enrollment and family disengagement. The work identified key gaps between organizational assumptions and lived family experience, clarifying how perceived value, communication, access, and program alignment influenced long-term participation and retention.

Grand Canyon University operates one of the largest colleges of education in the United States, supporting a national network of students and partner schools. Ahart partnered with the Canyon Center for Character Education to develop the Virtuous Motivation framework, extending Self-Determination Theory into intellectual, moral, civic, and performance domains. This work helped establish the motivational foundation of the broader Ahart organizational intelligence system.

Great Hearts Academies operates a multi-state network of classical charter schools grounded in intellectual and moral formation. Ahart partnered with Great Hearts to design and align staff evaluation, stakeholder measurement, and organizational feedback systems within a unified framework. The work clarified how mission, leadership, culture, and teacher development translated into daily organizational experience, establishing a foundation for longitudinal measurement and mission-aligned decision-making across the network.

Hmong College Prep Academy is a large K–12 public charter school in Saint Paul, Minnesota, recognized for its strong academic performance, cultural mission, and community-centered approach to education. Over a three-year partnership, Ahart conducted comprehensive 360 stakeholder research across the organization, including families, staff, students, and leadership. The work included multilingual survey translation in Thai, Karen, and Hmoob to strengthen accessibility and stakeholder participation, culminating in live dashboards, executive reporting, and board-ready presentations designed to support organizational learning and strategic decision-making.

Ahart partnered with Pepperdine University to develop the Virtuous Motivation framework, extending Self-Determination Theory into intellectual, moral, civic, and performance domains. The collaboration focused on understanding not only behavior, but the deeper motivational structures shaping character, flourishing, and meaningful action within higher education. This work expanded the theoretical and research foundation of the Ahart organizational intelligence system through longitudinal measurement, AI-moderated inquiry, and applied motivation science.

ResponsiveEd is one of the largest charter school networks in Texas, serving students across more than 100 campuses and multiple educational models. Ahart partnered with ResponsiveEd to conduct system-wide stakeholder research focused on family retention, organizational conditions, and campus experience. Through longitudinal pulse measurement, Driver Analysis, and qualitative Voice inquiry, the work clarified the factors most strongly shaping enrollment stability, stakeholder trust, and organizational alignment across the network.

Rocketship Public Schools is a national network of high-performing public charter schools operating across multiple regions in the United States. Ahart conducted a large-scale organizational assessment combining stakeholder research, comparative analytics, and qualitative Voice analysis across more than 400 staff members. The work examined how “The Rocketship Way” was experienced across campuses and leadership structures, identifying areas of organizational coherence, variation, and alignment between institutional values and lived experience.

TNTP partners with education systems nationwide to support large-scale organizational and instructional improvement. Ahart worked with TNTP to conduct Voice-centered stakeholder research designed to inform mission development, program evaluation, and system-level decision-making. Through large-scale qualitative inquiry and comparative analysis, the work surfaced patterns in lived experience that clarified how organizational initiatives and programs were understood and experienced in practice.

Vyanet is a multi-state security and monitoring organization operating across residential and commercial markets throughout the western United States. Ahart is embedded within Vyanet’s leadership system, applying organizational intelligence and Self-Determination Theory to strengthen culture, decision-making, retention, and operational performance across more than 20 branches. The work demonstrates how the Ahart framework functions within a high-growth, performance-driven environment where leadership, motivation, and organizational conditions directly shape execution and customer experience at scale.
