The collaboration focused on understanding not only behavior, but the deeper motivational structures shaping character, flourishing, and meaningful action within higher education. This work expanded the theoretical and research foundation of the Ahart organizational intelligence system through longitudinal measurement, AI-moderated inquiry, and applied motivation science.
