The Ahart System is applied across organizations to diagnose the conditions driving motivation, performance, and retention.

Vyanet is a multi-state security and monitoring organization operating across residential and business markets, with a growing footprint across the western United States.
Ahart is embedded within Vyanet’s leadership system, applying Self-Determination Theory to align culture, decision-making, and performance across more than 20 branches.
The system is used continuously to strengthen internal conditions—clarifying how autonomy, competence, and relatedness are produced through leadership, operations, and customer experience.
This work demonstrates how the Ahart model operates in a high-growth, performance-driven environment—connecting motivation directly to retention, execution, and service quality at scale.

Grand Canyon University operates one of the largest colleges of education in the United States, with a national network of students and partner schools.
Ahart partnered with the Canyon Center for Character Education to develop and apply the Virtuous Motivation framework, extending Self-Determination Theory into intellectual, moral, civic, and performance domains.
The system captures not just what individuals do, but why they act—distinguishing between external, internalized, and virtuous forms of motivation.
This work established the foundation for Ahart’s Virtuous Motivation domain, now integrated into the broader system to assess how individuals pursue excellence, contribute to others, and engage in meaningful work.

ResponsiveEd is one of the largest charter networks in Texas, operating over 100 campuses.
Ahart applied its system across all schools to identify the conditions driving family retention and attrition. Pulse data was captured in real time across campuses, followed by Driver Analysis and Voice to identify why families stay or leave.
Results revealed variation in experience across models and clarified the conditions most strongly associated with retention, informing system-wide adjustments.

Rocketship is a national network of high-performing public schools across multiple regions.
Ahart conducted an organization-wide assessment using large-scale data collection and Voice analysis across more than 400 staff members.
The system clarified how “The Rocketship Way” was experienced across regions, identifying alignment and gaps between stated norms and lived experience.

TNTP partners with education systems nationwide to drive large-scale improvement.
Ahart applied Voice-centered data collection to capture stakeholder experience and inform system-level decisions, including mission development and program evaluation.
The work surfaced patterns across large datasets that clarified how programs were experienced in practice.

Great Hearts operates a network of classical charter schools across multiple states, grounded in a mission of intellectual and moral formation.
Ahart partnered with Great Hearts to design and align their staff measurement and evaluation systems, integrating survey instruments, performance frameworks, and organizational data into a unified structure.
The system clarified how core values translated into daily experience—connecting culture, leadership, and teacher development into a coherent model of performance and growth.
This work established a foundation for longitudinal measurement, enabling Great Hearts to align evaluation, feedback, and decision-making with its mission at scale.

Clayton Youth Enrichment is a nonprofit organization providing afterschool and enrichment programs across multiple school sites.
Ahart conducted a targeted attrition audit to identify why enrollment was declining and which conditions were driving disengagement among families.
The system combined historical data analysis, AI-moderated exit interviews, and stakeholder Voice to surface patterns behind participation and withdrawal.
Results clarified where organizational assumptions about retention diverged from lived experience—identifying specific breakdowns in perceived value, access, and alignment with family needs.
