Rocketship Public Schools is a national network of 23 high-performing elementary schools in underserved communities. They are proud to offer parents the choice of an excellent public education in the Bay Area, Milwaukee, Nashville, Texas, and Washington D.C. 

In 2022, Ahart conducted an organization-wide assessment for Rocketship Public Schools across all  five regions. Working closely with their leadership team, Ahart provided third-party research to help articulate organizational and operating norms of The Rocketship Way. Deploying asynchronous audio interviews, Ahart gathered the perspectives of over 440 staff members. In addition, Ahart consultants conducted 43 focus groups, representing individuals across all professional roles. The project culminated in a summative report and presentations at their annual summit.

Great Hearts is a network of 31 tuition-free, in person and online public charter schools in Arizona and Texas, dedicated to improving education nationwide. A Great Hearts education prepares students to be more than just proficient test takers, but rather, to become great-hearted leaders capable of success throughout their higher education and professional careers. With a curriculum built upon a classical liberal arts tradition and a revolutionary approach to school itself, Great Hearts cultivates the hearts and minds of students in the pursuit of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. 

In 2022, Ahart served as a consultant and thought partner for Great Hearts America with specific attention in the areas of stakeholder feedback and teacher evaluation. Ahart also assisted with data analysis and visualizations.

ResponsiveEd is the largest charter holder in Texas with over 100 schools, serving 20,000 students in Texas and Arkansas. They offer 5 educational brands that reflect the diverse interests, goals, and learning styles of the students within the communities they  serve.

In the fall of 2021-2022, Ahart supported deployed surveys to families who child had unenrolled over the summer to determine why they chose ResponsiveEd and what factors were associated with retention / attrition. Results were presented in the form of a detailed summative report, combining qualitative and quantitative findings.

The Colorado League of Charter Schools works to shape public policy and opinion that favors charter school quality and growth as well as funding equity and facilities access. League members have access to a team of talented professionals, trainings, workshops, round tables, and networking opportunities. Customized trainings on topics such as governance, strategic planning and performance management. The League is working to supply all 269 schools with timely news, resources and trainings. 

In 2022-2023, the Colorado League of Charter Schools engaged Ahart to streamline their surveys across departments and functions. Ahart refined survey items and connected results to live dashboards, providing timely and actionable data.

The 10 IGNITE Community Schools offer a rigorous, personalized, project-based, blended-learning, college-preparatory program. They are a school model within Responsive Education Solutions, the largest charter organization in the state of Texas.

Ahart supported the 10 IGNITE schools from 2019-2023 by providing staff, parent, and student surveys, informing a leadership development and instruction. Surveys were customized and crafted in collaboration with the IGNITE leadership team. Results were disseminated at the district and individual campus levels through shared folders, heat maps, dashboards, and in-person presentations.

Aristoi Classical Academy is a free, public charter school offering classical education from grades Kindergarten through 12th. They have three campuses in the Houston area.

Ahart supported Aristoi from 2019-2023 by providing staff, parent, and student surveys, along with classroom observations and focus groups. Ahart reported results to their Advisory Board, informing facilities decisions and charter expansion efforts.

In 2022, Ahart customized a teacher evaluation unique to the core values of Aristoi and aligning with state standards. Through a collaborative process, Ahart built buy-in with key stakeholders and managed implementation, validation, and reporting.

Charter Champions is a staunch advocate for supporting and creating great schools​; so, all children are afforded a quality education in the city of Rochester, New York. Charter Champions brings world class support that meets the needs of Rochester area charter schools at no cost to the schools, staff, or administration. 

In 2023, Ahart collaborated with Charter Champions of Rochester on a needs assessment completed by teachers and administrators within the Greater Rochester Area. Items related to staff attrition, leadership pipeline, and innovative ways to support charter school teachers. Ahart presented results in a real-time dashboard, informing the services offered by Charter Champions.

Eagle Ridge Academy is a charter school with a philosophical emphasis on the classical education movement that serves grades Kindergarten through twelve. It is located in the southern part of Minnetonka, MN (close to Eden Prairie, Minnesota). The Kindergarten through eighth grade curriculum follows the Core Knowledge Sequence published by the Core Knowledge Foundation and the high school follows a "Classical framework" to structure its humane letters program.

In 2022, Eagle Ridge Academy has engaged Ahart in a long-term project of continuous evaluation, including 360 degree surveys, site visits, learning walks, and strategic planning. Ahart collaborated with the Minnesota School Boards Association to provide targeted research and reporting to supporting the strategic planning process.

Hmong College Prep Academy is the largest charter school in the state of Minnesota. Their mission is to provide the best integrated, challenging, and well-rounded educational experience to students in grades K-12. HCPA is a K-12 charter school that provides its students with a college-focused curriculum. The school is composed of over 165 licensed teachers (64-MA or higher), 20 paraprofessionals and 45 district/admin. personnel; all of whom share the ideology that all students, regardless of socio-economic background, will be given the opportunity to pursue a post-secondary education. Since '04, HCPA has expanded its campus five times to serve the needs of their stakeholders.

In 2023, Hmong College Prep Academy engaged Ahart to conduct customized 360 degree surveys as part of a broader strategic planning initiative. Ahart worked closely with representatives from HCPA to craft surveys to specifically support the goals of this project. Results were in the form of an interactive dashboard and detailed summative report.

In nine communities across Texas, Richard Milburn Academy (RMA) high school students work to reimagine public education in a highly personalized and flexible learning environment. Operating as an open-enrollment charter for the past 20 years in Texas, RMA Public Schools is committed to citizenship, college, career, technical school, and military readiness for all students. Through their 

four-Hour Flexible Model School Day, innovative curriculum, and personalized support system, they are closing the opportunity gap and increasing levels of achievement by preparing students for the next steps.

In 2022, Ahart deployed asynchronous video interviews to streamline the screening of future RMA employees. The platform provides an inexpensive and time-saving means to ensure they eventually interview the right candidates.

Green Tech High Charter School serves 400 students in grades 6-12  in Albany, New York. They prepare young men to complete high school with a Regents diploma so they will have the opportunity to attend college or choose an alternative, responsible career path as they enter adulthood. Green Tech was founded to ensure that all students, regardless of race, class, or economic circumstance develop the skills, motivation, and perseverance required to complete college. Well-taught classes, one-on-one attention, and a positive culture of family and brotherhood are all part of the extra-mile we take to ensure he can go the distance. 

From 2021-2022, Ahart administered their collective teacher efficacy survey to staff at Green Tech. Results informed leadership development, school climate, and ongoing professional learning. Ahart prepared interactive dashboards and heatmaps, along with comparison data from similar schools.
